Important limitations

  • Xbox Cloud Gaming is not supported.

How to access your game after purchase

  1. Step 1: Open the Microsoft Store application on your PC.
  2. Step 2: Sign in using the Microsoft account details provided after purchase.
  3. Step 3: Open your profile menu and navigate to your Library or My Library.
  4. Step 4: Find the purchased game and select Install if available.
  5. Step 5: Open the Xbox application on your PC.
  6. Step 6: Sign in using your personal Xbox/Microsoft account, as instructed for the supported activation method.
  7. Step 7: Open My Library and check whether the game is available.
  8. Step 8: Launch the game and play using your own Xbox profile, achievements, and progress where supported.
